American Physical Society (APS) ad hoc committee to investigate the experiences of LGBT issues in physics and identify potential problems such as marginalization, discrimination and harassment. A survey was conducted and a final report was released, which has become widely cited. The report included nine specific findings and six recommendations for APS, which subsequently have been largely implemented.
