    親の不安/抑うつが子どもの希死念慮に関する親子間のミスコミュニケーションに及ぼす影響を調べた。2020年4月～2023年3月に当院神経精神科外来を受診した9～17歳の患者のうち、知的障害など有する者を除外した108名の児とその親を対象とした。児の希死念慮の有無について問診で評価した。こどもの行動チェックリスト(CBCL)項目91番「(児が)自殺することについて話す」の回答と児の希死念慮の有無に不一致がある親子を不一致群、一致している親子を対照群とした。親の不安/抑うつはKessler 6 scale(K6)で評価した。不一致群の児は52名(平均13.7±1.5歳)、対照群の児は56名(平均13.1±2.1歳)であった。希死念慮を有する児は64名であった。不一致群と対照群で片親、低収入、CBCL T得点に有意差はなかった。親のK6得点は不一致群で7.48±6.44点、対照群で4.95±5.15点で有意差を認めた。
