授業研究や校内研修の継続発展を促す要因やそれを支援する立場にある外部人材等が果たす役割についての研究を行っています。インタビュー等を主たる方法とする記述研究のほか、学校における実践の改善に資するツールの開発を目指した研究も行っています。
