本研究室では、ビジネス及びプラットフォームエコシステムの構築・再構築に関する組織論的、戦略論的視点から、企業の変革と価値創出のメカニズムを探究しています。主な研究テーマは以下の3点です。①デジタルネイティブ企業とレガシー企業によるエコシステム戦略の比較分析。②プラットフォーマーの国際展開と現地エコシステムの再構成。③レガシー企業のデジタル・トランスフォーメーションと共創型エコシステムへの転換。
