I research for problems of legal interpretation, especially collective management legal method of real estate, based on materials, such as condominium, joint ownership, and organization. This study aims to reconsider traditional civil law thinking method from a broader interdisciplinary perspective, such as study of procedure, public law, and legal policy. This study is to approach practical affairs.
