     More details

    需要構造の著しい変化に対応するために,製造現場では,セル型に代表される柔軟な生産システムが導入されている.例えば,余剰な生産設備を保有し,需要量に併せて一ヵ月単位で生産システムを更新する極めて柔軟なケースも存在するようになった.本研究では,当該期や需要情報が既に得られている次々期以降との関連を考慮した生産システムの設計法を開発する.

    生産システムの種々状況に対応しうる柔軟なスケジューリング法の必要性が高まっている.本研究では,静的に求めた非劣スケジュール集合に基づいて導出される規範スケジュールの情報を自律分散型スケジューリング法に取り込み,柔軟性と大局的最適性を同時に追求する多目的スケジューリング法を開発する.
