  • 伴侶動物の腫瘍疾患に対する新規分子補填核酸薬の開発とその基礎的研究

    近年の伴侶動物における腫瘍疾患の発生率増加は獣医学領域において重大な問題となっている.しかし,それに対して有効な治療法などの開発は進んでいない.そこで,当教室で樹立した悪性度の高いネコ乳腺腫瘍細胞株と発現量の低下が報告されているBLID遺伝子をモデルに細胞内遺伝子発現法と新たなドラッグデリバリーシステムを用いた分子補填核酸薬の開発とその根拠となる基礎的研究を行う.

    近年の伴侶動物における腫瘍疾患の発生率増加は獣医学領域において重大な問題となっている.しかし,それに対して有効な治療法などの開発は進んでいない.そこで,当教室で樹立した悪性度の高いネコ乳腺腫瘍細胞株を用いて,発現量と悪性度の相関が報告されているSATB1遺伝子をモデルにRNAi技術を用いた分子標的核酸薬の開発とその根拠となる基礎的研究を行う.
