    本研究の目的は抗TNF-α抗体製剤を使用し寛解を維持する男性クローン病患者の栄養摂取状況や食事満足度、食生活上の困難さを脂質摂取量別に明らかにすることである。外来通院患者104名に対し、簡易式自記式食事歴法質問票(BDHQ)、食事満足度調査項目、炎症性腸疾患患者のQOLに関する尺度を用いて質問紙調査を行い、脂質摂取量別に分析をした。結果は年齢別の国民平均脂質摂取量以上を摂取する高摂取群が24名(23.0%)、クローン病患者に推奨される脂質摂取量30g未満の遵守群が22名(21.2%)、その中間の留意群が58名(55.7%)であった。遵守群ではクローン病患者に推奨される脂質摂取量30g未満であるが、食事満足度が高摂取群(p=0.002)や留意群(p=0.003)に比べ有意に低く、食生活上の困難さは高摂取群に比べ有意に高かった(p=0.002)。遵守群へは食事の満足度、食生活上の困難さへの支援が、高摂取群においては、脂質摂取量に留意する食生活についての教育的支援の必要性が示唆された。(著者抄録)
