Research subject summary

  • Research interests are influenced by the teaching of Academic English writing and presentation. Themes include: language acquisition, the influences of technology on teacher choices in the classroom, the motivational and learning effects of a bring your own device policy for students, and developing independent learners through reflective practices and attributional retraining.
