    本研究の目的は,DVサバイバーの加害者と別居後の心理的・精神的経験を明らかにし,支援のあり方を検討することである.そのため,DVサバイバー30名に心的外傷後ストレス障害(PTSD)と心的外傷後成長(PTG)をIES-R,PTGI-Jを用いた質問紙調査および,半構造化面接を実施した.その結果,PTSD高リスク者は73.3%であった.PTGは,国内の先行研究のスコアより高かった.インタビュー調査から,あらゆる生活場面で心理的困難を経験しているが,さまざまなコーピング戦略を用いていること,このコーピングがPTGの生起につながることが示唆された.結果から,トラウマインフォームドケアの重要性,また継続的な心理的支援とPTSDをスクリーニングするシステム,安全の支援および新たな可能性が描ける生活支援の必要性が示された.さらに,DVサバイバーのコーピングやPTGの経験はロールモデルとして当事者に共有することが重要である.(著者抄録)
